The hospital was very pleasant, easy to find and easy to park. Social distancing was taken seriously and it felt like a safe, hygienic place to be. Wait time was short and introductions were courteous.

This hospital provides amazing care.
I had full knee replacement surgery went in 12.30pm 9/3/21 came out on crutches 12.30pm 11/3/21. From desk admin to consultant Mr Parwez they all provided an excellent service.
Recommend put your trust in this hospital.

I was admitted to One Hatfield for a complex total knee replacement, and I have to say that the care and attention I received was second to none. The surgeon was great and had a very difficult operation to perform on me. I am very pleased with the result and would certainly recommend One Hatfield to others. Many thanks

I had never been to One Hatfield before. What a lovely hospital! It was clean and modern. Very friendly staff.

I had an ultrasound guided injection at this hospital. The staff were friendly and helpful and very covid aware and safe.

My experience at One Hatfield was as good as it could be.Mr George Mochloulis,my ENT surgeon was excellent in his dealings with me in all areas of medical and emotional needs.The Anaesthetist,and other doctors,the ward staff could not have been more helpful.I have been very pleased with my whole experience.

I wanted to write to say a massive thank you for the unbelievable care I received when I had my tonsils removed on 9 October.
It was a daunting procedure to have due to the pain I was warned about, but also as we aren’t allowed visitors it was an especially worrying time for me as I would normally have a family member with me for something like this.
From start to finish, the ladies who looked after me were amazing. I never at one point worried as they were so attentive.
I couldn’t recommend the hospital enough and your staff members, who I’ve listed below are an absolute credit to your team and if you could pass on my heartfelt thanks, I would be very appreciative.

Nurses put you at ease and are polite and friendly , consultants puts you at ease and explains everything
Surgical team puts you at ease and friendly .
I could not fault any of the staff at one Hatfield hospital even down to the hostess, they are all a credit to the hospital .
Took all my fears away and kept me feeling calm
